装载机海上运输的防腐蚀保护

摘　　要：海洋空气相对湿度大,装载机在海上运输过程中,容易受到海水腐蚀,导致零部件生锈,破坏整体外观,甚至影响使用性能。通过对装载机外露部位进行筛查,确定重点防护部位;通过对装载机整体外表面喷涂防锈蜡、对液压油缸外露活塞杆刷涂锂基润滑脂并套装防水护套、对大灯等外露零件套装防水护套等措施,可有效防止海水对装载机的腐蚀。The sea air with high humidity might make the loader vulnerable to seawater corrosion in the process of sea transportation,which may rust the parts and components,damage the overall appearance,and even affect the utility performance.The key protective parts are determined through the screening of the exposed parts of the loader.The exposed piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is applied with lithium base grease and is covered with a waterproof sheath by spraying antirust wax on the overall surface of the loader.The exposed parts such as headlights are also covered with a waterproof sheath.Practice has proved that it can effectively prevent the loader from seawater corrosion.
