窄谱中波紫外线联合白灵片及复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合白灵片及复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月于沈阳市第七人民医院就诊的92例白癜风患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组予以白灵片及复方卡力孜然酊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用NB-UVB治疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为89.13%,高于对照组的71.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前免疫功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于治疗前,CD8^(+)低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组的,CD8^(^(+))低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论NB-UVB联合白灵片及复方卡力孜然酊治疗可提高白癜风患者临床疗效,改善机体免疫功能,促进白斑消退,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)combined with Bailing tablets and Compound Kalizirin Tincture in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods A total of 92 patients with vitiligo in Shenyang Seventh People′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bailing tablets and Compound Kalizirin Tincture,and the observation group was treated with NB-UVB on the bases of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.13%,which was higher than 71.74%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in immune function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and CD8^(+)were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion NB-UVB combined with Bailing tablets and Compound Kalizirin Tincture can improve the clinical efficacy of vitiligo patients,improve the immune function of the body,and promote the regression of leukoplakia,it is safe and reliable.
