摘　　要：实现人民健康是中国共产党治国理政的重大政治任务。习近平关于人民健康的重要论述以马克思主义经典作家关于实现人民健康的基本思想为理论基石,充分吸收了中国传统文化的有益成分与传统中医的健康养生理念,传承发展了中国共产党历来就重视和关注人民健康的理论与实践,与新时代全面建成小康社会的基本要求交相呼应。在新时代推进卫生与健康工作,需要从实际出发,坚持以人民为中心,把人民健康放在优先发展的重要位置,努力构建新时代中国健康工作体系,坚持中国特色卫生与健康发展道路,积极参与全球健康治理、履行国际义务。Realizing people’s health is a major political task of the Communist Party of China in governing the country.Based on the basic ideas of Marxist classical writers about the realization of the people’s health,Xi Jinping’s important discourse on people’s health fully absorbs the beneficial components of Chinese traditional culture and traditional Chinese medicine health preservation concept,and inherits and develops the theory and practice of the CPC that has always attached great importance to and focused on the people’s health,which is inline with the basic requirements of building a well-off society in an all-round way in the new era.To advance hygiene and health in the new era,one need proceed from reality,stick to a people-centered approach,give priority to people’s health in development,work hard to build China’s health systemin the new era,follow the path of hygiene and health development with Chinese characteristics,actively participate in global health governance and fulfill international obligations.
