玄黄药膏对急性软组织损伤大鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨玄黄药膏对急性软组织损伤(ASTI)大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:SD大鼠90只,ASTI造模成功后,随机分为实验组、对照组和空白组,分别给予外敷玄黄药膏、扶他林和凡士林治疗,治疗后第7天处死相应组动物,检测并比较大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率、淋巴细胞转化率、补体活性、脾重及脾指数。结果:与空白组相比,实验组和对照组动物腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率、血清淋巴细胞转化率、补体活性、脾重及脾指数水平改善,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而实验组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:玄黄药膏能够增强和改善实验大鼠机体免疫功能,保护免疫器官,其治疗ASTI可能与增强机体的免疫力有关。Objective:To discuss the effect of Xuanhuang ointment on immune function in rats with acute soft tissue injury(ASTI).Methods:90 SD mice with ASTI were established and randomly divided into experimental group,control group and blank control,respectively,externally treated by Xuanhuang ointment,vitaline,petroleum jelly.On the 7th day after treatment,the mice were sacrificed appropriate,and the lymphocyte transformation rate,phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages,complement activity,spleen weight and spleen index were detected and compared.Results:Compared with blank group after treatment,test results of the lymphocyte transformation rate,phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages,complement activity,spleen weight and spleen index in experimental group and the control group were increased or enhanced(all P<0.05).Between the experimental group and the control group,there was no statistical significance(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Xuanhuang ointment can enhance and improve the immune function and protect the immune organs of experimental rats with ASTI.
