活血消异汤联合米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者血清MMP-3、CA_(125)、EMAb水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究米非司酮联合活血消异汤治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效,以及对基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3)、糖类抗原125(CA_(125))、抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAb)水平的影响。方法:选取260例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各130例。观察组采用活血消异汤联合米非司酮治疗,对照组采用米非司酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候评分、复发、妊娠及流产情况、血清学指标及不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组临床疗效及各项中医症候评分优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组MMP-3、CA_(125)、EMAb水平指标低于对照组,观察组复发率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:活血消异汤联合米非司酮治疗比单用米非司酮更具优势,可增强其临床疗效,改善中医证候,降低MMP-3、CA_(125)、EMAb水平和疾病复发率,有助于提高女性妊娠。Objective:To study the effect of mifepristone combined with Huoxue Xiaoyi decoction on matrix metallo proteinase-3(MMP-3),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA 125)and anti-endometrial antibody(EMAb)in patients with endometriosis.Methods:260 patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into control group(n=130)and observation group(n=130).The observation group was treated with Huoxue Xiaoyi decoction combined with mifepristone,and the control group was treated with mifepristone alone.The clinical efficacy,serological indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy and TCM symptom scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of MMP-3,CA 125 and EMAb,recurrence rate of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Xiaoyi decoction combined with mifepristone has more advantages than mifepristone alone,which can enhance clinical efficacy,improve TCM syndromes,reduce the levels of MMP-3,CA 125,EMAb and disease recurrence rate,thus improving pregnancy outcome.
