南靖土楼景区社区参与旅游发展行动策略

摘　　要：社区参与旅游发展,是乡村旅游可持续发展的重要因素。运用田野调查对村民深度访谈,了解到南靖土楼景区村委会和村民个体参与现状,发现土楼旅游发展中社区参与类型不丰富、公平性有待提高,村民的参与程度和策略主要基于经济利益考虑。通过拓宽参与形式、提高参与意识和能力、创建公平的利益分配机制、保障村民参与主体权力,以完善社区参与机制和提升土楼景区社区参与质量。Community participation in tourism development is an important factor in the sustainable development of rural tourism.With in-depth interviews with villagers by field investigation,this article reveals the current participation status of village committees and individual villagers in the Nanjing Tulou scenic area.The result shows that the types of community participation are not rich and the fairness needs to be improved in the development of Tulou tourism,and the level and action strategy of participation for villagers are mainly based on the consideration of economic interests.By broadening the forms of participation,strengthening the awareness and ability of participation,creating a fair benefit distribution mechanism,and ensuring the rights of villagers'participants,the level and mechanism of community participation can be improved in Nanjing Tulou scenic area.
