摘 要:装配式建筑以其高质量、高效率、低成本和环境友好等优势成为建筑行业未来发展的趋势,然而国内缺乏成熟高效的生产经验,预制PC板产量难以满足装配需求,严重制约着我国装配式建筑的发展。为了解决预制PC板产量及生产效率问题,对预制PC板工厂的实际生产流程运用FlexSim软件进行仿真,发现生产线上的瓶颈工序,有针对性地提出多套解决方案,并使用仿真方法验证方案的可行性。通过对产量、生产效率等几个关键数据的比较分析,最终选取装钢筋笼工位工序分摊和改进脱模入库工位作业手法同步进行的生产方案,有效提升了预制PC板的产量及生产效率,进一步为装配式建筑的发展增速。Prefabricated construction has become the trend of future development of construction industry due to its advantages of high quality,high efficiency,low cost and friendly environment.However,lacking of mature and efficient production experience,the output of prefabricated PC board is difficult to meet the assembly demand,which seriously restricts the development of prefabricated construction in China.In order to solve the problem of precast PC board production and production efficiency,FlexSim was used to simulate the actual production process of precast PC board factory,finding the bottleneck process on the production line,proposing multiple sets of solutions,and using simulation methods to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Through the comparison and analysis of several key data such as output and production efficiency,the final production scheme was selected to distribute the steel cage work positions and improve the synchronization of demolded work positions.It can effectively increase the output and production efficiency of prefabricated PC board,which is further the growth rate of the prefabricated construction.
