摘 要:将新型高分辨率CeBr_(3)闪烁体探测器应用于天然样品中^(238)U活度测量,利用实测谱数据分析了该新型探测器通过1 001 keV(^(234m)Pa)能量峰测量^(238)U活度的可行性,并与高分辨率HPGe半导体探测器进行了样品的测量对比。结果表明:该新型探测器可将1 001 keV与969 keV(^(238)UAc)区分开来,利用1 001 keV分析样品中^(238)U结果与HPGe一致,可用于室温条件下天然样品中^(238)U活度测量。[Background]At present,the determination of ^(238)U activity in natural samples mainly relies on HPGe spectrometer,but it has application limitation and high cost.[Purpose]This study aims to measure the activity of ^(238)U by the new detector at room temperature,providing a lower cost,more convenient and efficient technical means for on-site activity measurement and natural sample analysis.[Methods]The original spectrum data of natural samples measured by the new CeBr_(3) detector were analyzed.The feasibility of extracting energy peak of 1001 keV for ^(238)U content calculation from the measured U-Ra gamma spectrum was investigated.Influence of 1001 keV and 969 keV peeks and calculation of the peak area were explored by using the measured U-Th gamma spectrum.Finally,the measurement results of 1001 keV energy peek obtained by using CeBr_(3) detector were compared with those of high resolution HPGe semiconductor detector to evaluate the effectiveness of this method.[Results]The comparison results show that the CeBr_(3) detector can be used to distinguish 1001 keV(^(238)U)energy peek from 969 keV(228Ac)energy peek in the measured spectrum of natural samples,and the activity measurement result of ^(238)U using 1001 keV energy peek is consistent with HPGe spectrometer.[Conclusions]The new CeBr_(3) detector is applicable to measuring the activity of ^(238)U in natural samples at room temperature.
