摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,大数据成为国家性战略资源,对社会、经济发展的影响力越来越大。人才短缺成为掣肘大数据行业发展的重要因素之一,培养适合社会需求的大数据人才是高等教育亟待解决的问题。文章分析了高职院校大数据应用性人才培养中存在的问题和难点,从需求为导向的角度探讨高职大数据的人才培养模式。With the development of information technology,Big Data has become a national strategic resource,which has more and more influence on social and economic development.Talent shortage has become one of the important factors restricting the development of Big Data industry.It is an urgent problem for higher education to train Big Data talents suitable for social needs.This paper analyzes the problems and difficulties in the training of Big Data applied talents in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the talent training mode of big data in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of demand-oriented.
