摘 要:为减少机组投产后AGC考核并提高深度调峰自动控制水平,在超超临界机组试运过程中,采用设定值函数优化、汽轮机辅助压力调节、水煤复合控制、动态变负荷前馈、分磨煤机热值校正、闭锁及限制条件完善、阀门特性及汽泵再循环控制优化等一系列优化调整方法,实现了在最低稳燃负荷~50%额定负荷区间的协调控制连续稳定投入,控制指标良好。同时对深度调峰阶段控制特点、难点和注意事项进行了分析,指出超超临界机组低负荷段的控制要点,对超超临界机组深度调峰改造并提高机组安全稳定运行性能具有一定借鉴意义。In order to reduce the AGC assessment and improve the automatic control level of deep peak load regulation units,during the test run process of ultra supercritical units,a series of optimization adjustment methods are adopted,such as optimization of set-point function,auxiliary pressure regulation of steam turbine,composite control of water and coal,feed-forward of dynamic variable load,correction of heat value of grinding,perfection of locking and limiting conditions,optimization of valve characteristics and steam pump recycling control,which realizes the continuous and stable input of coordinated control in the range of minimum stable combustion load~50%rated load,and the control index is good.At the same time,the control characteristics,difficulties and precautions in the deep regulation stage are analyzed,and the control points in low load section of the ultra supercritical unit are pointed out,which has reference value for deep peak regulation transformation of the ultra supercritical units and the improvement of safe and stable operation performance.
