摘 要:针对传统碾压混凝土坝施工常规工艺和质量控制技术存在的不足,依托乌弄龙水电站碾压混凝土筑坝施工工艺,基于数字化在线馈控技术方案,开发了仓面碾压热层密实性关联参数采集仪器及变态混凝土智能型加浆与振捣施工设备组合施工工艺,构建了碾压混凝土压实质量评价模型及变态混凝土振捣质量评价模型,基于云服务平台开发了相应工艺效果实时馈控系统,形成了碾压、注浆及振捣三位一体的集成化质量管控方法,实现了碾压混凝土施工质控精细化,工程实践应用效果显著。Aiming at the shortcomings of conventional process and quality control technology in the construction of traditional roller compacted concrete(RCC)dam,relying on the construction of Wunonglong RCC Dam,based on the digital online feedback-control technology scheme,firstly,the acquisition instruments of the density parameters of compacted layers and the combined construction process of intelligent grout and vibration construction equipment for the metamorphic concrete were developed.Secondly,the evaluation models of compaction quality of RCC and vibration quality of the metamorphic concrete were established.Thirdly,the real-time feedback-control system of the corresponding process effect had been developed based on the cloud service platform,thus,the integrated quality control method of compaction,grout and vibration was formed.The fine quality control during RCC construction was realized,and the application effect of engineering practice was remarkable.
