摘　　要：对国内外重症监护室(ICU)不同探视模式现状及其相关影响因素进行综述,指出我国应积极构建探视文化、理念和管理监督机制,借鉴国外的相关理论和临床实践指南,制订适合我国国情的探视模式和流程,推动我国ICU多元化的探视模式的进一步发展。By summarizing and analyzing the status quo of different visiting modes in ICU at home and abroad and their related influencing factors,we aimed to introduce the development of various visiting modes.It also proposed that China should actively construct the visiting culture,concept and management supervision mechanism,draw lessons from foreign theories and clinical practice guidelines,formulate the visiting modes and process suitable for China's national conditions,and promote the further development of diversified visiting modes of ICU in China.
