摘  要:12.5 mm YL82B盘条心部网状渗碳体级别不合格。为了提高YL82B一检合格率,减少盘条在加工使用过程中的异常断丝现象,对形成盘条心部网状渗碳体的原因进行分析并制定相应的措施。通过降低连铸坯中心偏析、合理制定加热制度、加大轧后风冷冷却强度等一系列措施的实施,有效抑制了盘条心部网状渗碳体的析出。改进后12.5 mm YL82B盘条心部网状渗碳体一检合格率大于99.9%,珠光体片层间距最小处约125 nm。铸坯平均碳偏析指数由1.11~1.13降至1.08~1.0。Central cementite grade of diameter 12.5 mm YL82B wire rod is below standard.In order to improve the first pass rate of YL82B wire rod,reduce abnormal broken wire phenomenon of wire rod in process of subsequent processing and use,The causes of forming network cementite in center of wire rod are analyzed and corresponding measures are formulated.A series of measures are taken by reducing central segregation of continuous casting slab,making reasonable heating system,increasing air cooling after rolling,the precipitation of network cementite in core of wire rod is effectively restrained.The first pass rate of diameter 12.5 mm YL82B wire rod after improvement is more than 99.9%,the minimum value of pearlite lamella spacing is about 125 nm,average carbon segregation index of casting slab is decreased from 1.11~1.13 to 1.08~1.0.
