摘　　要：使用低温大塑性变形(SPD)、动态再结晶控轧(DRCR)及形变诱导铁素体相变(DIFT)等工艺技术,并结合NETZSCH同步热分析仪,GLEEBLE热模拟试验机,优化B7盘条的轧制及冷却工艺,使得轧制的B7盘条具有硬度低,铁素体含量、断面收缩率及延伸率高,无贝氏体及马氏体的特点,经下游客户使用,可以满足不退火直接拉拔并冷镦成形的要求。By using low-temperature severe plastic deformation(SPD),dynamic recrystallization controlled rolling(DRCR),deformation induced ferrite phase transformation(DIFT)and other method,with NETZSCH simultaneous thermal analyzer,GLEEBLE thermal simulation machine,optimize rolling and cooling process of B7 wire rod.This makes B7 wire rod have low hardness,high percent of ferrite,reduction of area and elongation.The structure of B7 wire rod has no bainite and martensite.Trial by customers,B7 wire rod can meet the requirements of drawing without annealing.
