摘  要:为提高退火炉生产效率,研制高速复绕机生产线,采用上抽式放线,张力架控制收线机准确收线,收线机加排线使收线盘收线均匀。电气控制系统以西门子PLC为主站,维控触摸屏与多台ABB变频器为从站,对生产线各个部分精确控制。使用高速复绕机生产线后,退火处理时钢丝只有表层部分氧化,退火效果较好,退火炉处理能力是原来散盘的4倍以上,大大提高了生产效率。To improve production efficiency of annealing furnace,a high-speed rewind machine production line was developed.The top-drawing pay-off method is adopted,the tension frame controls take-up machine to take up accurately,and wire take-up machine is equipped with wire arranging device to make wire take up evenly.The electrical control system uses Siemens PLC as main station,and Wecon touch screen and multiple ABB frequency converters are slave stations to accurately control all parts of production line.After using high-speed rewind machine production line,only surface layer of steel wire is partially oxidized during annealing,and annealing effect is better.The processing capacity of annealing furnace is more than 4 times that of original,which greatly improves production efficiency.
