摘 要:针对焦炭在高炉中受到不同料层间的挤压、摩擦以及CO2溶损反应引起的粉化行为,采用高温连续热反应装置考察大焦炉(7 m)生产焦炭与单种煤所炼焦炭在国标条件等30%反应量及非等温条件下对反应速率和不同转鼓转数等参数的影响,揭示了焦炭热态粉化性能的差异性与CO2反应的劣化机理。结果表明:转鼓转数在350 r~600 r时,非等温和国标条件下焦炭粉化率的特征变化量(Δf)上升的速率趋于稳定,而等反应量30%条件下Δf有轻微下降;焦炭的粉化率与高温碳溶反应时间呈正比,CO2与焦炭内部气孔碳基质扩孔和开孔效应导致其劣化粉化。The effects of coke produced in large coke-oven(7 m)and caked from single kind of coal on reaction rate and different drum revolutions in the national standard,weight loss 30%and non-isothermal conditions were investigated in allusion to the pulverization behavior of coke caused by the extrusion and friction between different material layers in the blast furnace.The difference in thermo-pulverized performance and the deteriorated mechanism of CO2 reaction of coke were discovered.The results show that the increase ofΔf defined as the characteristic variation of coke pulverized rate tends to be stable in non-isothermal and national standard conditions when the drum rotation number is 350 r-600 r.However,Δf has a slight decrease in weight loss 30%conditions,the pulverized rate of coke is proportional to the reaction time of high temperature carbon solution loss reaction.The deterioration and pulverization of coke are caused by the pore expansion and pore opening effect due to the reaction of CO2 and carbon matrix in coke.
