摘　　要：目的探讨自体富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)治疗供皮区延迟不愈创面的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2016年10月至2019年10月三峡大学人民医院烧伤整形外科收治的7例取皮后延迟不愈创面患者的临床资料。应用PRP凝胶进行治疗后随访6~24个月,观察创面愈合时间及愈后瘢痕增生情况。结果本组7例患者的创面均顺利愈合,愈合时间9~15 d,平均(11.86±2.12)d;瘢痕明显增生2例。结论应用PRP治疗供皮区延迟不愈创面,可促进创面愈合速度,缩短治疗时间,降低愈后瘢痕增生的发生风险,避免再次手术植皮修复。Objective To explore the efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of delayed wounds healing in skin-graft donor sites.Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with delayed wounds healing in skin-graft donor sites from October 2016 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The treatment of PRP gel was conducted.Patients were followed up for 6 to24 months.The healing time and scar hyperplasia after treatment were observed.Results The wounds of 7 patients healed successfully.The healing time ranged from 9 to 15 days,with an average of(11.86±2.12)days.The obvious hypertrophic scars occurred in2 patients.Conclusion The application of PRP in the treatment of delayed wounds healing in skin-graft donor sites can promote wound healing,shorten the treatment time,reduce the risk of scar heperplasia after healing and avoid secondary surgical procedure of skin graft.
