摘　　要：目的探讨CD_(73)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌及基底细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法免疫组化方法检测10例人体正常皮肤、30例皮肤鳞状细胞癌及30例皮肤基底细胞癌皮损石蜡包埋标本中CD_(73)的表达情况。结果 CD_(73)在30例鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达率为100%,30例基底细胞癌中阳性表达率为60%,人体正常皮肤中阳性表达率为10%,CD_(73)在人体正常皮肤中阳性表达率明显低于鳞状细胞癌及基底细胞癌组(P值均<0.001)。CD_(73)在鳞状细胞癌中的表达强度高于基底细胞癌(P<0.001),CD_(73)在基底细胞癌中表达强度与人体正常表皮无差异(P>0.0167)。鳞状细胞癌中CD_(73)表达强度与肿瘤分化程度无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CD_(73)在鳞状细胞癌中的表达显著升高,CD_(73)在基底细胞癌及鳞状细胞癌中表达存在差异。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD_(73) in squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD_(73) in 10 normal human skin,30 squamous cell carcinoma and 30 basal cell carcinoma lesions.Results The positive expression rate of CD_(73) in 30 cases of squamous cell carcinoma was 100%,the positive expression rate of 30 cases of basal cell carcinoma was 60%,the positive expression rate of human normal skin was 10%,and the positive expression rate of CD_(73) innormal skin was significantly lower than squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma(P<0.001).The expression of CD_(73) in squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in basal cell carcinoma(P<0.001).The expression intensity of CD_(73) in basal cell carcinoma was not statistically significant with human normal epidermis(P>0.0167).There was no significant difference in the intensity of CD_(73) expression and tumor differentiation between squamous cell carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of CD_(73) in squamous cell carcinoma is significantly increased.The expression of CD_(73) is different between basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
