文山州2018年麻风三代血亲家系成员新发麻风18例调查分析

摘　　要：目的对文山州2018年麻风三代血亲家系成员新发麻风18例发病情况进行调查分析,为麻风病防治提供依据。方法采用率或构成比进行描述性分析。结果 2018年文山州新(复)麻风37例,其中麻风三代血亲家系成员中发病18例,占48.65%;18例病例中男女发病之比为2∶1,平均年龄为(25.11±5.22)岁,儿童占比为11.11%,早期病例占94.44%,平均延迟期为(10.61±3.32)个月,无畸残病例,多菌型占72.22%;传染源中I级亲属发现15例,占83.33%,Ⅱ级亲属发现2例,占11.11%,Ⅲ级亲属发现1例,占5.56%。传染来源所占比例最大的为I级亲属中的父母和同胞,分别有7例,各占38.89%。传染源以多菌型为主,占77.78%。结论麻风三代血亲家系成员是麻风的高危人群,尤其是I级亲属,应加大体检监测及宣传教育的力度,同时Ⅱ、Ⅲ级亲属也不能忽视。Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence of 18 new cases of leprosy among members of the third-generation blood family of leprosy in wenshan prefecture in 2018,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of leprosy.Methods Descriptive analysis was conducted on the adoption rate or composition ratio.Results In 2018,there were 37 cases of new(former)leprosy in wenshan prefecture,among which 18 cases,accounting for 48.65%,were found among the members of three generations of blood relatives of leprosy.Among the 18 cases,the incidence ratio of male to female was 2:1,the average age was 25.11±5.22 years old,and the ratio of children was 11.11%.The early cases accounted for 94.44%,and the average delay period was 10.61±3.32 months.There were no abnormal deformity cases,72.22%were multibacillary type.Among the sources of infection,15 cases(83.33%)were found in grade Ⅰ relatives,2 cases(11.11%)were found in grade Ⅱ relatives,and 1 case(5.56%)was found in grade Ⅲ relatives.Parents and siblings of grade Ⅰ relatives accounted for the largest proportion of infection sources,with 7 cases,38.89%respectively,and the main source of infection was multibacillary type,accounting for 77.78%.Conclusion Family members of the third generation of blood relatives of leprosy are the high-risk group of leprosy,especially the relatives of grade I,the physical examination monitoring,publicity and education should be strengthened,but at the same time,the relatives of grade Ⅱand Ⅲ should not be ignored.
