摘 要:系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)是一种典型的多系统受累的自身免疫性疾病,目前其发病机制尚不清楚,其中免疫系统功能紊乱及免疫调节障碍致大量致病性自身抗体产生是其免疫异常的突出表现。近期研究发现,TNIP_1作为SLE新的易感基因,通过调控NF-κB信号通路参与SLE疾病的发生、发展,有可能为SLE的免疫治疗提供新的线索和实验依据。Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a kind of typical systemic autoimmune disease,and its exact pathogenesis remains unclear.Which the immune system dysfunction and immune dysregulation that can lead to a large number of pathogenic autoantibodies production are outstanding performance of immune abnormalities.Recent studies have found TNIP_1 as a new susceptibility gene of SLE,by regulating NF-κB signaling pathway involve in the occurrence and development of SLE,there are likely to provide new clues and experiment basis for immunotherapy of SLE.
