摘 要:制备3种配合比的再生骨料混凝土,对其进行了抗压强度、抗冻性能等测试,研究硅灰和玻璃微珠2种超细微粉对再生骨料混凝土泵送性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响。结果表明:掺加适量硅灰和玻璃微珠能降低新拌混凝土有效黏度、泵送压力、电通量,提高混凝土的耐久性能并能改善混凝土孔结构;掺加玻璃微珠的混凝土有效黏度和泵送压力均低于掺加硅灰的;而掺加硅灰的混凝土抗压强度和耐久性能均高于掺加玻璃微珠的;掺加硅灰的混凝土孔结构优于掺加玻璃微珠的。Three kinds of recycled aggregate concrete with different mix proportions were prepared,and their compressive strength and frost resistance were tested.The effects of silica fume and glass microsphere on pumping performance,mechanical properties and durability of recycled aggregate concrete were studied.The results show that adding appropriate amount of silica fume and glass microsphere can reduce the effective viscosity,pumping pressure and electric flux of fresh concrete,enhance the durability of concrete and improve the pore structure of concrete.The effective viscosity and pumping pressure of concrete with glass microsphere are lower than those with silica fume.The compressive strength and durability of concrete with silica fume are higher than those with glass microsphere,and the pore structure of concrete with silica fume is better than that with glass microsphere.
