摘 要:通过在聚氯乙烯(PVC)中引入了硅烷改性的稻秆粉末,制备了具有园林修复功能的PVC/稻秆木塑复合材料,并对其性能进行了研究。PVC/稻秆木塑复合材料内部PVC基体和稻秆粉末之间具有连接作用,可以有效地分解受到的外界载荷,并且这些连接作用可以有效地提高其热学性能。力学性能上,P3木塑复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度相比于纯PVC分别提高了44.7%、22.6%和41.5%。并且由于硅烷的引入赋予了材料较低的表面能,因此木塑复合材料都表现出了较好的超疏水性能(水接触角大于150°)。这一疏水性可以有效地改善其耐久性,在经过80 d的自然老化之后仍然表现出了较低的性能下降。以上结果表明PVC/稻秆木塑复合材料可以有效地作为园林修复木塑复合材料。In this study,silane modified rice straw powder was introduced into polyvinyl chloride(PVC)to prepare PVC/rice straw wood-plastic composites with garden restoration function,and its properties were studied.There is a connection between PVC matrix and rice straw powder inside PVC/rice straw wood-plastic composites,which can effectively decompose the external load,and these connections can effectively improve its thermodynamic performance.In terms of mechanical properties,the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of P3 increased by 44.7%,22.6%and41.5%respectively,compared with pure PVC.Moreover,due to the low surface energy given by the introduction of silane,the wood-plastic composites showed better superhydrophobic performance(water contact angle>150°).This hydrophobicity is effective in improving its durability,showing lower performance degradation after 80 days of natural aging.These results indicate that PVC/rice straw wood-plastic composites can be effectively used as garden restoration wood-plastic composites.
