摘 要:制备了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂/苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(ABS/AS)复合材料,研究了AS的用量对复合材料力学性能、耐热性、表面光泽度及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:随着AS用量的增加,复合材料的邵氏硬度D和冲击强度逐渐增大,维卡软化点逐渐升高,接近于AS的维卡软化点110℃;AS的加入改善了样品的表面光泽度,在AS用量为15%时达到最大值,继续添加AS,样品的表面光泽度下降。随着AS用量的增加,ABS/AS复合材料的耐磨性有所改善。SEM结果表明,AS可以与ABS形成较好的黏合作用,摩擦外力对于材料表面的形貌影响较小。Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin/styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer(ABS/AS)composites were prepared.The effects of AS content on the mechanical properties,heat resistance,surface gloss and wear resistance of the composites were studied.The results showed that with the increase of AS content,the shore hardness D and impact strength of the composites increased gradually,Vicat softening point increased gradually,which was close to the Vicat softening point of 110℃;the surface gloss of the samples was improved with the addition of AS,reaching the maximum value when the amount of AS was 15%,and the surface gloss of the samples decreased with the continued addition of AS.With the increase of AS content,the wear resistance of ABS/AS composites was improved.SEM results showed that AS can form a good adhesion with ABS,and the friction force has little effect on the surface morphology of the material.
