摘 要:以月桂酸作为成核剂制备出片层结构的羟基磷灰石(HA),以聚乳酸(PLA)作为基体材料,采用插层法按照不同比例将HA和PLA两种材料混合后制备成PLA/HA生物复合材料。结果表明:对HA进行表面接枝改性后可以赋予HA表面有机链段。HA在PLA中分散均匀,呈现出多孔的网状连接结构,PLA/HA由于无机相的存在使得复合材料的热稳定性得到了明显提升。HA与PLA之间稳定的界面存在形式能够较好地发挥HA作为增强相对外力进行分散作用,使得复合材料的力学性能发生明显提高。HA作为碱性材料可以改善乳酸引起的pH变化,明显降低了PLA分解而带来的酸性物质,PLA/HA复合材料更适合应用于生物体内骨组织支架的应用。In this study,hydroxyapatite(HA)was prepared by template method with lamellar structure,and polylactide(PLA)was used as the matrix material.The HA and PLA were mixed by intercalation method to produce PLA/HA biological composites.The results show that surface graft modification of HA can give HA surface organic segments.It is found that HA was uniformly dispersed in PLA and dispersible uniformly in matrix material with a porous network connection structure.Due to the presence of the inorganic phase,the thermal stability of the PLA/HA composites has been significantly improved.The stable interface between HA and PLA can better play the role of HA as an enhanced phase to disperse external force,so that the mechanical properties of composites are significantly improved.As an alkaline material,HA can improve the pH change caused by lactic acid,the acidic substances brought by the decomposition of PLA are significantly reduced,and the PLA/HA composites is more suitable for the application of bone tissue scaffolds in vivo.
