摘 要:长期以来,化石能源支撑着我国工业文明发展,同时也带来了环境污染、气候变化等影响人类生存发展的现实难题。电能是清洁、高效、便捷的二次能源,电能替代是实现"碳达峰"与"碳中和"目标的重要路径。首先梳理了"碳中和"目标下的分阶段任务,分析整理了在"碳中和"目标下的电能替代发展前景;并列举了"十三五"期间电能替代工作取得的成就;最后据此分析了电能替代各项技术在"十四五"期间发展战略及后续工作。For a long time,fossil energy has supported the de⁃velopment of Chinese industrial civilization.At the same time,it has also brought about environmental pollution,climate change and other practical problems affecting human survival and develop⁃ment.Electricity is a clean,efficient and convenient secondary en⁃ergy source,while electricity substitution is an important path to achieve the goal of“carbon peak”and“carbon neutral”.Firstly,the phased tasks under the vision of“carbon neutral”are sorted out,and the development prospect of electricity substitution under the goal of“carbon neutral”is analyzed.Secondly,the achievements made in the work of electricity substitution during the“13th Five⁃Year Plan”period are listed.Finally,on the basis,the development strategy and follow⁃up work of various technologies of electricity substitution during the“14th Five⁃Year Plan”period are analyzed.
