摘 要:发动机气门阀升程运动位移跟踪误差较大,导致气门阀着陆时振动幅度较大。对此,采用复合控制的电液执行机构驱动发动机阀门运动,并对阀门运动进行仿真。创建了发动机气门阀液压执行机构简图模型,阐述了液压驱动工作原理,推导出气门阀运动方程式和液压流量方程式。根据前馈控制和二次线性控制原理,设计了气门阀运动的复合控制方法,采用级联扩展卡尔曼滤波器结构对不可测量状态进行估计,给出了复合控制方法控制流程。为了验证气门阀升程位移和速度跟踪效果,采用Matlab软件对其进行仿真,并与前馈控制输出效果进行比较。结果显示:采用前馈控制方法,气门阀升程运动位移和速度跟踪误差较大;采用复合控制方法,气门阀升程运动位移和速度跟踪误差较小。采用复合控制方法,可以提高气门升程运动位移和速度跟踪精度,从而降低气门阀着陆时振动幅度。At present,the tracking error of engine valve lift motion and displacement is large,which results in larger vibration amplitude when valve landing.In this regard,a compound control electrohydraulic actuator is used to drive the valve movement of the engine,and the valve movement is simulated.A sketch model of the hydraulic actuator of engine valve is established.The working principle of hydraulic drive is expounded.The motion equation of valve and hydraulic flow equation are derived.According to the principle of feedforward control and quadratic linear control,a composite control method for valve motion is designed.The unmeasurable state is estimated by cascaded extended Kalman filter structure,and the control flow of the composite control method is given.In order to verify the effect of valve lift displacement and velocity tracking,the simulation was carried out by using Matlab software,and the output effect was compared with that of feedforward control.The results show that the error of valve lift motion displacement and velocity tracking is larger by using feedforward control method,while the error of valve lift motion displacement and velocity tracking is smaller by using compound control method.The composite control method can improve the accuracy of valve lift motion displacement and velocity tracking,and reduce the vibration amplitude of valve landing.
