摘 要:以P_(2)O_(5)-B_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3)系统为基础玻璃组成,采用熔融法制备了无铅低熔点玻璃。主要研究了Al_(2)O_(3)含量对玻璃结构和物理化学性能的影响。结果表明,随着Al_(2)O_(3)含量从1 mol%增加至5 mol%,Al_(2)O_(3)在玻璃中的存在形式从[AlO_(4)]四面体转变为[AlO_(6)]八面体,从参与网络形成到破坏网络结构;玻璃的热膨胀系数先减小后增大,T_(g)和T_(f)先升高后降低,均在2 mol%时达到极值,热膨胀系数达到最小,为9.298×10^(-6)/℃,T_(g)和T_(f)达到最大,分别为424℃和456℃;玻璃的密度和摩尔体积的整体变化幅度不大,分别在6.34 g/cm^(3)-6.38 g/cm^(3)和41.30 cm^(3)/mol-41.60 cm^(3)/mol之间;在该玻璃体系中引入2 mol%的Al_(2)O_(3)时能显著提高玻璃的化学稳定性且基本不改变维氏硬度。The P_(2)O_(5)-B_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3) system based lead-free low-melting glasses were prepared by using the melting method.The effect of Al_(2)O_(3) on structure and physicochemical properties of the glasses was studied.With increasing content of Al_(2)O_(3),the form of Al_(2)O_(3) in the glass was changed from[AlO_(4)]tetrahedron to[AlO_(6)]octahedron,while its effect on the formation of the glass network structure was varied from positive to negative.At the same time,the coefficient of thermal expansion was decreased first and then increased,whereas Tg and Tf were increased first and then decreased.The sample with 2 mol%Al_(2)O_(3) exhibited the minimum thermal expansion coefficient of 9.298×10^(-6)/℃,while the maximum values of Tg and Tf were 424℃and 456℃,respectively.Both the density and molar volume of the glasses were not significantly altered,which were in the ranges of6.34-6.38 g/cm^(3) and 41.30-41.60 cm^(3)/mol respectively.The addition of 2 mol%Al_(2)O_(3) could greatly improve the chemical stability of the glass without sacrificing the Vickers hardness.
