摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一,其病情复杂治疗难度大,最终导致不可逆的截肢。近年来对DFU延迟愈合的原因研究较多,主要有血管生成减少、肉芽组织生长缓慢、胶原蛋白合成不足、细胞凋亡增多等,但对于具体促愈机制研究较少。本文分析汇总近年来国内外文献,基于DFU的细胞信号通路探讨中药单体、复方、敷料等对于DFU的作用机制,以期对DFU的研究和治疗提供相应参考。Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the most common complications of diabetes,which is difficult to treat and leads to irreversible amputation.In recent years,there have been many studies on the causes of delayed healing of DFU,mainly including decreased angiogenesis,grows slowly of granulation tissue,insufficient collagen synthesis,increased apoptosis,etc.But there have been few studies on the specific mechanism of healing promotion.In this paper,domestic and foreign literatures were analyzed and summarized in recent years,and the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine monomer,compound and dressing on DFU was discussed based on DFU cell signaling pathway,so as to provide relevant reference for the research and treatment of DFU.
