摘  要:输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕(SOI)是育龄期妇女不孕的常见病因,而输卵管纤维化为本病的病理基础。纤维化的输卵管失去正常的解剖结构导致其拾卵、受精、运输受精卵等机能受影响从而导致不孕症的发生。炎症因子参与器官纤维化的各个阶段,转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在输卵管炎症和输卵管纤维化的过程中均发挥重要作用,是本病的关键环节,将TGF-β1与CTGF作为阻止和改善输卵管纤维化的有效作用靶点,将对治疗SOI有重要的意义。Salpingitis obstructive infertility(SOI)is a common cause of infertility in women of childbearing age,and tubal fibrosis is the pathological basis of this disease.The loss of the normal anatomical structure of the fibrotic fallopian tube leads to the impact of its functions such as egg picking,fertilization,and transportation of fertilized eggs,which leads to infertility.Inflammatory factors are involved in all stages of organ fibrosis.Transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)are involved in tubal inflammation and tubal fibrosis.Both play an important role and are the key link of this disease.Taking TGF-β1 and CTGF as effective targets for preventing and improving fallopian tube fibrosis will be of great significance for the treatment of SOI.
