摘　　要：目的了解城乡居民大病保险相关知识完全知晓情况及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样的方法纳入527名百色市城镇居民,进行大病保险相关知识方面的问卷调查。分析城镇居民对大病保险相关知识的完全知晓率,并采用Logistic回归模型分析完全知晓的影响因素。结果城乡居民大病保险相关知识完全知晓率为11.01%(58/527)。公职人员、患有慢性病、过去1年内住过院、过去1年内患重病均是城乡居民大病保险相关知识完全知晓的独立影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论城乡居民大病保险相关知识完全知晓率较低,地方政府应根据不同人群特点开展相应的宣传教育,不断提高城乡居民对大病保险的认知。Objective To investigate the full awareness about critical illness insurance-related knowledge and its influencing factors in urban and rural residents.Methods Totally 527 urban and rural residents from Baise City were enrolled by using the convenient sampling method,then a questionnaire survey was conducted on the related knowledge of critical illness insurance.The full awareness rate of critical illness insurance-related knowledge was analyzed in urban and rural residents,and the factors influencing full awareness were analyzed by using the Logistic regression model.Results The full awareness rate of critical illness insurance-related knowledge was 11.01%(58/527)in urban and rural residents.Public officials,suffering from chronic diseases,hospitalization or suffering from serious illness in the past one year were the independent factors influencing full awareness about critical illness insurance-related knowledge in urban and rural residents(all P<0.05).Conclusion The full awareness rate of critical illness insurance-related knowledge is relatively low among urban and rural residents.Local government should conduct targeted propaganda and education according to the characteristics of different populations,thus enhancing continuously the awareness about critical illness insurance in urban and rural residents.
