摘　　要：目的观察四期团注法对比剂注射方案应用于胸痛三联征CT血管造影(CTA)的可行性。方法回顾性分析49例接受胸痛三联征CTA检查患者,根据对比剂注射方案分为四期组和三期组,对比其主动脉、冠状动脉、肺动脉管腔内CT值及图像信噪比(SNR)。结果相比三期组,四期组对比剂用量下降17.89%。2组各血管管腔内CT值及SNR差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论优化对比剂四期团注法可在保证图像质量的同时降低对比剂用量。Objective To observe the feasibility of four-phases injection scheme in CT angiography(CTA)for triad of chest pain.Methods Data of 49 patients who received CTA examination for triad of chest pain were retrospectively analyzed and divided into four-phases group and three-phases group according to contrast agent injection regimen.The luminal CT values and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of aorta,coronary artery and pulmonary artery were compared between 2 groups.Results The amount of contrast agents fell of 17.89%in four-phases group than that in three-phases group.No significant difference of CT values nor SNR of all vascular lumen was found between 2 groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion The optimized four-phases injection scheme could reduce the amount of contrast agent and ensure imaging quality.
