摘 要:特应性皮炎是一种慢性、周期性、瘙痒性皮肤病。近年来,我国患病人数迅速上升,尽管越来越多的人深受其困扰,但目前病因尚不清楚,近年来发现皮肤微生物态对全身免疫功能及局部皮肤免疫功能有影响,皮肤屏障完整性的改变会导致皮肤微生物多样性的改变和皮肤菌群的紊乱,诱发并加重特应性皮炎。特应性皮炎的患者与健康人相比,发生皮肤感染的风险也更高。因此,特应性皮炎与皮肤微生物态的关系也成为近年来研究的热点。Atopic dermatitis is a chronic,periodic,itchy skin disease.In recent years,the number of patients in our country has increased rapidly.Although more and more people are deeply troubled by it,the cause of the disease is still unclear.In recent years,it has been found that the skin microbial state has an impact on the systemic immune function and local skin immune function,and the skin barrier is intact sexual changes can lead to changes in the diversity of skin microorganisms and disorders of skin flora,induce and aggravate atopic dermatitis.Compared with healthy people,patients with atopic dermatitis have a higher risk of skin infections.Therefore,the relationship between atopic dermatitis and the microbial state of the skin has also become a research focus in recent years.
