摘 要:目的:研究心理小组式辅导对大学生考试焦虑干预效果。方法:选择2018年5月至2019年5月大学心理咨询室咨询存在考试焦虑大学生110名,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各55名,对照组实施常规干预措施,观察组在此基础上进行心理小组式辅导,两组均实施为期9周的心理干预。观察干预前后考试焦虑量表(TAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)、简式睡眠信念和态度量表(DBAS-16)、知觉压力量表(CPSS)、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分情况。结果:观察组干预后TAS量表、SAS量表、STAI量表、TDBAS-16量表、CPSS量表评分均低于对照组(t=4.411,6.862,11.083,5.605,5.870;P<0.05)。观察组干预后MCMQ中面对量表得分明显高于对照组(t=7.306,P<0.05),而回避、屈服量表的得分均低于对照组(t=3.597,2.444;P<0.05)。结论:心理小组式辅导通过改善大学生对考试应对方式,有效调节考试前焦虑状态,且在一定程度改善睡眠质量及日常压力。Objective:To study the intervention effect of psychological group counseling on college students'test anxiety.Methods:A total of 110college students with test anxiety in the psychological counseling room of the university from May 2018to May 2019were randomly divided into the observation group(n=55)and the control group(n=55).The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given psychological group counseling on this basis,and both groups were given psychological intervention for a period of 9weeks.The scores of test anxiety scale(TAS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),state-trait anxiety questionnaire(STAI),simplified sleep belief and attitude scale(DBAS-16),perceptual stress scale(CPSS)and medical coping questionnaire(MCMQ)were observed before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the scores of TAS,SAS,STAI,TDBAS-16and CPSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=4.411,6.862,11.083,5.605,5.870;P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of face scale in MCMQ of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=7.306,P<0.05),while the scores of avoidance scale and yield scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(t=3.597,2.444;P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological group counseling can improve college students'test coping style,effectively regulate the state of anxiety before examination,and improve sleep quality and daily stress to a certain extent.
