摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新的住宅系统预制低层钢结构建筑技术,并对系统的承重能力进行了详细研究。分析了装配式钢结构住宅的发展现状,然后分别分析了冷弯薄壁结构体系、无比钢结构体系、钢框架结构体系的特点,以及三种体系的抗震性能的对比,以期能够为相关住宅体系的设计有所启发,为中国工业化的发展和社会主义建设作出贡献。This paper introduces a new prefabricated system for low-rise steel-structure residential building and conducts a detailed study of the load-bearing capacity of this system.The paper also analyzed the current status of prefabricated steelstructure residential buildings,and compared the characteristics of three systems,namely the cold-formed thin-walled steel structural system,the web steel structural system and the steel frame structural system.Seismic resistance performance comparison is conducted in order to inspire the design of relevant residential systems and contribute to the industrialization and socialist economic development in China.
