摘 要:随着能源与资源的紧缺,可持续发展成为当今社会的主旋律,建筑节能的绿色建筑发展也逐渐登上历史的舞台。本文结合绿色建筑理念,对某示范建筑的绿色建筑设计进行分析,对其中的暖通和给排水专业的绿色节能技术进行了分析和总结。该建筑利用有组织的自然通风、太阳能热利用、地源热泵空调系统等技术手段,旨在充分利用可再生能源,达到降低建筑能耗指标,构建一种健康、舒适、节能、绿色建筑环境的目的。可供同类型项目设计人员参考,在类似建设项目中推广绿色建筑理念,更好地利用相关绿色节能技术。With the shortage of energy and resources,sustainable development has become the main theme of today’s society,and the development of energy-efficient Green Buildings has gradually stepped onto the historical stage.Combined with the concept of Green Building,this paper studies the Green Building design of a demonstration building,and summarizes the green energy-saving technologies of HVAC as well as water supply and drainage specialty.The building uses organized natural ventilation,solar heat utilization,air conditioning system with ground-source heat pumpand other technical solutions,aiming at making full use of renewable energy,reducing building energy consumption and building a healthy,comfortable,energy-saving and green building environment,which can be used as a reference for similar projects to promote the concept of Green Building and make better use of related green and energy-saving technologies.
