杏雨书屋藏宋刊《备急总效方》考述

摘　　要：宋刊李朝正《备急总效方》四十卷,孤本,现藏于日本"杏雨书屋"。此书于宋绍兴二十四年(1154)刊行后,仅藏于私人书楼或宫廷内阁中,再无复刻,世所稀见。现从著者生平、收藏流传、文献价值等方面加以梳理考证,认为该书在宋以前本草单方和急救医方的搜集整理、系统分类方面具有重要价值,对增补完善宋以前医方和校勘修订古医籍具有重要参考价值。Bei Ji Zong Xiao Fang(《备急总效方》Total Effective Formularies for Emergency),written by Li Chaozheng of the Song dysnasty,has forty volumes.Its only existing copy is collected in Xing Yu Hall of Japan.This book was published in the 24 th year of Shaoxing reign of the Song dynasty(1154 A.D.).It is rare as the copies were only collected in private libraries or imperial palace and it has never been reprinted.This paper researches on the author’s life,the book’s collection and circulation,literature value and other aspects of this book.It puts forward that the book has great value in the collection and classification of the herbal prescriptions and first-aid medical prescriptions before the Song dynasty,and it also provides important references for the supplement and improvement of medical prescriptions before the Song dynasty,as well as the collation and revision of ancient medical books.
