《时病条辨》考析

摘　　要：《时病条辨》四卷,古瀛隐名氏原著,弇南钱雅乐增订,现存稿本,收入《清代吴中珍本医案丛刊·第八辑》点校出版。通过对该书的梳理研究,发现隐名氏原文具有体例合宜、论治精详等特点,钱雅乐之增补,对原书中顺序不合理的条文位置进行调整,并补充部分内容,为原书增色不少。书中有关霍乱论治的内容,其理论介于王孟英与徐子默之间,颇具特色,值得深入研究。Shi Bin Tiao Bian (《时病条辨》Systematic Differentiation of Seasonal Diseases) was first written by an anonymous writer from the ancient Yingzhou region and then revised and enlarged by Qian Yayue from the Yannan region.It has four volumes and its existing version has been published in the eighth volume of Qing Dai Wu Zhong Zhen Ben Yi An Cong Kan (《清代吴中珍本医案丛刊》Collection of the Rare Medical Books in Wuzhong Area of the Qing Dynasty).According to our research,the original manuscript by the anonymous writer is characterized by proper layout and detailed information about treatment.Qian Yayue’s revision added new value to the original work as he adjusted misplaced items and supplemented related contents.Moreover,its theory on cholera is partly similar to both that of Wang Mengying and of Xu Zimo,which is unique and is worth for in-depth study.
