“十二五”期间葫芦岛市声环境质量状况及原因分析

摘　　要：“十二五”期间,葫芦岛市区功能区环境噪声、道路交通噪声和区域环境噪声污染得到了有效控制,声环境质量总体有所改善。论述了葫芦岛市各类声环境质量状况,采用秩相关系数法分析变化趋势,并分析声环境质量改善的原因。结果表明,各类功能区昼间环境噪声污染上升趋势不显著,各类功能区夜间环境噪声污染呈下降趋势;葫芦岛市区区域环境噪声污染呈不显著变化趋势;葫芦岛市区道路交通噪声污染变化呈不显著下降趋势。During the 12th five-year plan period,the environmental noise,road traffic noise and regional environmental noise pollution in the function area of Huludao City were effectively controlled,and the quality of acoustic environment was improved as a whole.This paper discusses the present situation of various kinds of sound environmental quality in Huludao,and analyzes the changing trend and the reasons for the improvement of sound environmental quality by using the method of rank correlation coefficient.The results show that the daytime environmental noise in each functional area shows an upward trend,but the upward trend is not significant,the nighttime environmental noise in each functional area shows a downward trend,and the regional environmental noise in the urban area of Huludao has no significant change trend.The change of road traffic noise pollution in the urban area of Huludao has a non-significant decreasing trend.
