摘  要:对海洋工程用超大规格Ti80钛合金铸锭的化学成分均匀性,以及制备的超大规格锻坯组织均匀性和力学性能稳定性进行了研究分析。结果表明:研制的单重为11000 kg的Ti80钛合金铸锭头部、中部和尾部的化学成分中的主元素极差控制在1000 ppm、氧元素极差控制在80 ppm,表明化学成分均匀性良好;制备的单重为7500 kg的超大规格Ti80钛合金锻坯的不同位置的低倍组织模糊均匀、显微组织均匀性及一致性良好,锻坯不同位置、不同方向的抗拉强度和屈服强度偏差均控制在10 MPa以内,伸长率偏差为2%,断面收缩率偏差为4%,冲击功偏差为5 J,表明其力学性能差异较小,具有良好的性能稳定性。The uniformity of chemical compositions for Ti80 titanium alloy oversized ingot in ocean engineering,and the uniformity of microstructure and the stability of mechanical properties for prepared oversized forging billet were investigated and analyzed. The results show that the main element deviation of chemical compositions at the top,middle and bottom of the prepared Ti80 titanium alloy ingot with the single weight of 11000 kg is controlled at 1000 ppm,and the deviation of oxygen element is controlled at 80 ppm,which indicates good uniformity of chemical compositions. Furthermore,there are fuzzy and uniform macrostructure as well as uniform and consistent microstructure in different positions of the prepared oversized forging billet with the sigle weight of 7500 kg for Ti80 titanium alloy. In addition,the deviations of tensile strength and yield strength in different positions and directions of forging billet are controlled within 10 MPa,the deviation of elongation is 2%,the deviation of reduction for area is 4%,and the deviation of impact energy is 5 J,which indicates small difference in mechanical properties and good performance stability.
