摘 要:汽车内衬零件的形状结构复杂、表面质量要求高、成形轮廓尺寸大,针对其成形过程中易出现滑移、回弹、起皱、拉裂等缺陷的问题,详细地分析了某款汽车内衬零件的冲压工艺性能,制定了包括冲孔、拉深、压凸包、翻边和弯曲等14个工位的成形工艺方案。为避免后期现场模具调试反复进行,在冲压工艺设计的前期,选择CAE分析软件对成形过程和质量缺陷进行预测和评估。另外,介绍了抬料防震结构、回弹补偿结构等一系列模具结构的设计要点,并阐述了多工位连续模的工作过程。其送料方式采用自动送料机送料,实现了汽车内衬零件的全自动化生产,保证了产品的生产效率。The shape and structure of automotive lining parts are complex,the surface quality requirements are high,and the outline sizes are larger. For the problems of slip,springback,wrinkling,crack and other defects in the forming process,the stamping process property of a certain automobile lining part was analyzed in detail,and the forming process plan of fourteen positions including punching,drawing,embossing,flanging and bending was designed. In order to avoid repeated on-site die debugging in the later stage,the forming process and quality defects in the early stage of stamping process design were predicted and evaluated by analysis software CAE. In addition,a series of key points of die structure design were introduced,such as lifting shockproof structure and springback compensation structure etc.,and the working process of multi-position progressive die was expounded. Furthermore,the feeding mode adopted automatic feeder to realize the fully automatic production of automotive lining parts and ensure the production efficiency of products.
