摘  要:运用弯曲成形理论与塑性力学知识,分析母线弯曲过程中翘曲的产生机理,并对其进行力学分析。利用能量法推导出临界压应力的解析表达式,研究发现,母线立弯时翘曲的发生与材料的力学性能和几何参数有关;进一步研究了厚度对压应力的影响后发现,随着厚度的增加,压应力增大,母线抵抗失稳翘曲的能力增强。通过对1060铝排进行立弯试验,得到材料厚度与翘曲的变化规律,验证了厚度对于母线失稳翘曲的影响,这与推导表达式的结果是一致的,这一研究为抑制母线立弯成形过程中产生的翘曲缺陷提供了理论依据,具有一定的参考价值。The generation mechanism of warpage in the bending process of busbar was analyzed by bending theory and plastic mechanics knowledge,and the mechanical analysis was carried out. Then,the analytical expression of critical compressive stress was derived by the energy method. And the study finds that the warpage of busbar during the vertical bending is related to the mechanical properties and geometric parameters of material. Furthermore,the influence of thickness on the compressive stress was researched. The results show that with the increasing of thickness,the compressive stress increases,and the ability of busbar resistance to instability and warpage is enhanced.Through the vertical bending test of 1060 aluminum busbar,the change laws of material thickness and warpage are obtained,and the influence of thickness on the instability and warpage of busbar is verified which is consistent with the result of derivate expression. Thus,the above study provides a theoretical basis for restraining the warpage defects in the vertical bending process of busbar and has a certain reference value.
