摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片联合稳心颗粒治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病对患者心功能及血流变指标的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2020年3月于大化集团有限责任公司医院接受治疗的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者158例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各79例。两组患者常规予以硝酸甘油及阿司匹林等药物治疗,对照组另给予阿托伐他汀钙片,观察组则给予稳心颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前以及治疗2个月后心功能指标、血流变指标。结果观察组治疗有效率是98.73%,高于对照组的89.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片联合稳心颗粒治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床效果显著,可有效改善患者心功能及血液流变学指标。Objective To expolre the effect of Atto vastatin calcium tablet combined with Wenxin Granule on cardiac function and hemorheological indexes in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 158 patients with coronary heart disease admitted in Dahua Hospital Group Co.,Ltd from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 79 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with nitroglycerin and aspirin,the control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the observation group was treated with Wenxin Granule.The cardiac function and hemorheological indicators of 2 groups before treatment and 2 months after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.73%,significantly higher than the control group of 89.87%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than the control group.The LVEDD and LVESD were lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atto vastatin calcium tablet combined with Wenxin Granule is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease,which can also effectively improve the cardiac function and hemorheological index of patients.
