摘　　要：目的探究ABC分类法和排序分析法管理中心药房库存的效益,找出最适合库存管理的方法,以降低医院库存量,增加医院盈利,促进医院管理现代化,更好地为患者服务。方法收集2018年6月至2019年6月中山市陈星海医院中心药房药品入库数据和实际销售数据,通过医院信息系统(HIS)使用ABC分类法对960种药品的库存进行分类、管理;收集2019年7月至2020年3月中山市陈星海医院中心药房药品入库数据和实际销售数据,通过HIS使用排序分析法对960种药品的库存进行分类、管理。干预6个月后,比较两种管理方法下药品的月平均库存金额、库存周转天数、缺货率、滞销率。结果干预6个月后,排序分析法下药品的月平均库存金额、库存周转天数、缺货率、滞销率低于ABC分类法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与ABC分类法比较,应用排序分析法管理中心药房可有效减少月平均库存金额,缩短库存周转天数,降低缺货率及滞销率。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the ABC classification method and the ranking analysis method for managing the inventory of the central pharmacy,and to find out the most suitable method for inventory management to reduce the inventory of the hospital,increase the profitability of the hospital,promote the modernization of the hospital management,and better serve the patients.Methods The drug storage data and actual sales data from the central pharmacy of Chen Xinghai Hospital in Zhongshan City from June 2018 to June 2019 was collected,and ABC classification method was used to classify and manage the inventory of 960 drugs through the hospital management information system(HIS).Drug storage data and actual sales data of the Central Pharmacy of Chen Xinghai Hospital in Zhongshan City from July 2019 to March 2020 were collected.By using the HIS system,the inventory of 960 drugs were sorted out and managed.After 6 months of intervention,the average monthly inventory value,inventory turnover days,out-of-stock rate,and slow-sale rate of drugs under the two management methods were compared and analyzed.Results After 6 months of intervention,the average monthly inventory value,inventory turnover days,out-of-stock rate,and slow-sale rate of drugs under the ranking analysis method were all lower than the ABC classification method,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the ABC classification method,the application of the sequencing analysis method to the management center pharmacy can effectively reduce the average monthly inventory amount,shorten the inventory turnover days,reduce the out-of-stock rate and the slow-sale rate.
