2019年山西部分体育场馆和4星级以上宾馆(酒店)卫生指标检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解山西部分体育场馆及4星级以上宾馆(酒店)公共场所的卫生质量现状,预防危害健康的事故发生,确保公共卫生安全。方法通过收集和汇总山西部分体育场馆及4星级以上宾馆(酒店)公共场所卫生指标检测结果,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果对山西部分体育场馆及4星级以上宾馆(酒店)6大类样品25项卫生指标进行检测,其中理化指标合格率为95.63%,微生物指标合格率为96.09%,两者合格率差异无统计学意义(X^(2)=0.08,P>0.05)。体育场馆集中空调系统送风中β-溶血性链球菌和嗜肺军团菌检出率分别为11.11%和16.67%;宾馆(酒店)送风中溶血性链球菌和冷却水嗜肺军团菌检出率分别为15.15%和20.00%。结论山西部分体育场馆及4星级以上宾馆(酒店)整体卫生状况良好,卫生指标检测合格率较高,但部分集中空调系统微生物指标合格率较低,应加强集中空调系统各环节的清洁和消毒工作。Objective To understand the present situation of health quality in some sports venues and public places of hotels above 4 stars in Shanxi,so as to prevent the occurrence of health accidents and to ensure public health safety.Methods By collecting and summarizing the test results of health index of public places in some sports venues and hotels above 4 star in Shanxi,SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results Twenty five sanitary indexes of six kinds of samples were tested.The qualified rate of physicochemical index was 95.63%,and the qualified rate of microbial index was 96.09%,there was no statistical significance on the difference(X^(2)=0.08,P>0.05).The detection rates of p-hemolytic Streptococcus and Legionella pneumophila in the central air conditioning system of stadiums were 11.11%and 16.67%,respectively.The detection rates of β-hemolytic Streptococcus and Legionella pneumophila in cooling water were 15.15%and 20.00%,respectively.Conclusion The overall sanitary condition of some sports venues and hotels above 4 stars in Shanxi is good,and the qualified rate of sanitary index detection is high,but the qualified rate of microbiological index of some central air conditioning system is low,so the cleaning and disinfection of each link of central air conditioning system should be strengthened.
