摘 要:目的分析待产妇女生殖道分泌物常见病原体(包括支原体、衣原体、念珠菌、淋球菌、B群链球菌等)的检出情况及主要病原体的药敏情况。方法回顾性调查2016年7月-2019年6月本院2 316例待产妇女的生殖道分泌物标本的常见病原体的检出情况,分析细菌培养鉴定及药敏情况。结果 2 316例待产妇女中共检出支原体阳性1 085例,占46.85%,不同年龄组待产妇女生殖道支原体的检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=206.15,P <0.05);待产妇女生殖道支原体的检出率低于对照组(χ2=42.97,P <0.05);衣原体检出12例,阳性率为0.52%;念珠菌检出133例,阳性率为5.74%;未检出淋球菌;共检出34例B群链球菌,占1.47%,其中氨苄西林、青霉素G、万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替加环素5种抗菌药物敏感性最好。结论多种病原体可在待产妇女生殖道分泌物中检出,有必要对其进行病原体监测以期减低围产期并发症的发生率,优化妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the detection of common pathogens and drug sensitivity of main pathogens in reproductive tract secretions of expectant women,and to analyze the drug sensitivity of main pathogens.Methods Retrospective investigation was conducted on the detection of common pathogens,and to analyze the bacterial identification culture and drug susceptibility of reproductive tract secretions samples of expectant mothers from July 2016 to June 2019 in our hospital.Results There were 1085 cases(46.85%)of mycoplasma positive in 2316 expectant women.There was statistical significance on the difference in the detection rate of mycoplasma in reproductive tract among different age groups(χ2=206.15,P<0.05).The detection rate of reproductive tract mycoplasma in expectant women was lower than that in control group(χ2=42.97,P<0.05).The positive rate of chlamydia was 0.52%in 12 cases.133 cases of Candida were detected,and the positive rate was 5.74%.No Neisseria gonorrhoeae was detected.A total of 34 cases of group B streptococcus were detected,accounting for 1.47%.Ampicillin,penicillin G,vancomycin,linezolid and tegacycline were the most sensitive antibiotics.Conclusion A variety of pathogens can be detected in reproductive tract secretions of pregnant women.It is necessary to monitor the pathogens in order to reduce the incidence of perinatal complications and optimize pregnancy outcome.
