女性类风湿性关节炎患者血清25-羟基维生素D_(2)和25-羟基维生素D_(3)的水平状况分析

摘　　要：目的分析女性类风湿性关节炎患者血清25-羟基维生素D_(2)及25-羟基维生素D_(3)的水平状况。方法选取2018年7月-2019年7月浙江省人民医院风湿免疫科门诊和住院女性类风湿性关节炎患者77例,同期女性健康体检者76例,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法测定其血清25-羟基维生素D_(2)和25-羟基维生素D_(3)水平并分析。结果女性RA组25-羟维生素D_(2)和25-羟维生素D_(3)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);21岁~40岁的女性人群中,RA组的25-羟基维生素D_(3)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);41岁~60岁的女性人群中,RA组的25-羟基维生素D_(2)、25-羟基维生素D_(3)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);>61岁的女性人群中,RA组患者的25-羟基维生素D_(2)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段的女性类风湿性关节炎人群需要补充相应的25-羟基维生素D。Objective To analyze the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(2)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)levels in female patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,77 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in outpatients and inpatients with rheumatoid arthritis in the People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected,and 76 female health examinations were performed during the same period.The serum was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(2)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels were analyzed.Results The contents of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(2)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)in the female RA group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);in the female population of 21-40 years old,the content of 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(3)in the RA group was significantly lower In the control group(P<0.05);in the female population of 41-60 years old,the 25-hydroxyvitamin D_(2)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 of the RA group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);in the female population of>61 years old,25-hydroxyvitamin D_(2)was significantly lower in the RA group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Female rheumatoid arthritis groups of different ages need to be supplemented with corresponding 25-hydroxyvitamin D.
