摘  要:为满足商品流通对包装的需求,设计以CAD辅助技术为基础的视觉传达数字化系统。数据库层向应用层提供包装、零件、文件等数据;应用层中使用三维视觉建模技术通过包装材料数据建立包装材料的几何模型,在此基础上提取包装材料纹理信息完成三维视觉建模后,在CAD绘图过程中,通过HO可视化算法调节包装的透明度和灰度值,提高产品包装设计的灵活性和直观性。服务层将应用层绘制的图像传递至用户层,同时提供发布信息、用户信息注册与身份验证的服务;用户层负责提供信息传递、协调工作、分类检索、图形交互等服务,各层相互协调共同完成视觉传达效果的产品包装设计。通过实验分析,该系统设计的包装具有良好的视觉传达效果和透视效果,且CAD绘图时间短、能量消耗低。A visual communication digitization system based on CAD auxiliary technology is designed to meet the demand for packaging for commodity circulation.The database layer can provide the data of packaging,parts,files and so on for the application layer.The 3D visual modeling technology is used in the application layer to establish the geometric model of packaging materials by means of the packaging material data.On this basis,the texture information of packaging materials is extracted to complete the 3D visual modeling.In the drawing process of CAD,the transparency and gray value of packaging are adjusted by means of the HO visualization algorithm to improve the flexibility and intuition in the product packaging design.The service layer can transmit the image drawn by the application layer to the user layer,and provide the services of information issuing,user information registration and authentication.The user layer is responsible for providing the services of information transmission,coordination,classification retrieval,graphic interaction and so on.Each layer coordinates with each other to complete the product packaging design with good visual communication effect.The experimental analyses show that the packaging designed by the system has good visual communication and perspective effects,the system can shorten CAD drawing time and reduce energy consumption.
