摘  要:以FG720CG1UY型滚动转子式压缩机为研究对象,利用水冷式压缩机实验台测试分析了过热度对制冷量、吸排气压比、容积效率和制冷剂比容的影响。测试结果表明:压缩机制冷量与其运转频率成正比;吸排气压比随吸气过热度和运转频率的增加而变大;压缩机的容积效率随吸气过热度的增大而降低;制冷剂R22比容随吸气过热度的升高而增加,吸气过热度每升高5℃,制冷剂比容增大的幅度约为2.14%~2.62%。In this paper,influence of superheat and operating frequency on the key performance of the FG720 CG1 UY rolling rotor compressor,including the cooling capacity of the compressor,the ratio of suction and discharge air pressure,the volume efficiency,and the specific volume of refrigerant,is tested and analyzed by using water-cooled compressor test bench. The test results show that the cooling capacity of the compressor is directly proportional to its operating frequency;the suction discharge pressure ratio increases with the increase of suction superheat and operating frequency;the volumetric efficiency of the compressor decreases with the increase of suction superheat;the specific volume of R22 increases with the increase of suction superheat,and the specific volume of R22 increases by 2. 14% ~ 2. 62% for every 5 ℃ increase of suction superheat.
