摘  要:实地走访调查了重庆市某区26个街道及乡镇的1 117栋农村危旧房。根据这些房屋的结构类型、修建年代和受损情况,依据我国现行农村危房鉴定标准,对其进行安全等级评定。在调查的所有房屋中,没有完全无危险点的A级房屋;可归入B、C、D级的房屋,分别占14.24%、31.78%、53.98%。在木结构、生土结构、砖木结构和砖混结构房屋中,已经构成危房的D级房屋,分别占64.50%、63.22%、49.55%和42.52%。建议政府有关部门加强房屋安全宣传,加强对重点区域房屋的安全监控,并对农村居民自建房屋提供技术指导,避免将房屋建在自然灾害高发区域。A field survey of 1 117 rural dilapidated houses in 26 streets and towns in a certain district of Chongqing is conducted,focusing on investigating the structure types of rural dilapidated houses,the construction time and damage condition;the safety grade of them is evaluated according to the current appraisal standard of dangerous houses in rural areas in China. Among all the houses surveyed,there is no class-A houses without dangerous points;those can be classified as class B,C and D,accounting for 14. 24%,31. 78% and 53. 98% respectively. In the wood structure,raw soil structure,brick-wood structure and brick-concrete structure houses,the number of D-class houses that have become dangerous buildings accounts for 64. 50%,63. 22%,49. 55% and 42. 52%respectively. It is suggested that the relevant government departments should strengthen the publicity of housing safety and enhance the safety monitoring of houses in key areas. And certain technical guidance should be provided for rural residents to build their own houses,so as to avoid building houses in areas with high incidence of natural disasters.
