摘  要:试验旨在研究发酵刺梨渣对贵州水牛×摩拉水牛杂交育肥牛生产性能、肉品质、胃肠道发育、血液生化指标的影响。试验选取30头健康贵州水牛×摩拉水牛杂交育肥牛,随机分为3组,每组10头。对照组、试验组1和试验组2饲粮中分别添加0、13%、18%的发酵刺梨渣进行饲喂试验。试验周期90 d。结果显示:3组杂交育肥牛平均日增重差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组1、试验组2比对照组分别高8.94%、8.83%;试验组1、试验组2牛肉的滴水率、剪切力、失水率与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05);3组杂交育肥牛胃肠道发育指标、消化酶活性均无显著差异;与对照组相比,2个试验组试验牛血清中总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)均显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验表明,添加发酵刺梨渣对贵州水牛×摩拉水牛杂交育肥牛胃肠道发育无不良影响,有提高生产性能的趋势,可在一定程度上提高杂交育肥牛的机体抗氧化性。In order to study the effects of fermented Rosa roxburg hii tratt residue on production performance, meat quality, gastrointestinal development indexes and blood biochemical indexes of Guizhou buffalo×Mora buffalo crossbreeding fattening cattle, 30 healthy Guizhou buffalo×Mora buffalo crossbreeding fattening cattle were randomly divided into three groups, 10 heads in each group, and 0, 13% and 18% fermented Rosa roxburg hii residue were added to the diet of control group, experimental group 1 and experimental group 2. The test period was 90 d. The results showed that there was no significant difference in average daily gain among the three groups(P>0.05), and the average daily gain of experimental group 1 and 2 was 8.94% and 8.83% higher than that of control group respectively. There were significant differences in drip rate, shear force, water loss rate and other indexes between experimental group 1 and control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in gastrointestinal development indexes and digestive enzyme activities among the three groups. Compared with control group, the serum T-SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC, IgM, IgG in the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), but MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05). It can be concluded that the addition of fermented Rosa roxburg hii tratt has no adverse effect on gastrointestinal development indexes of Guizhou buffalo×Mora buffalo crossbreeding fattening cattle, and has the trend of improving production performance, and can improve the antioxidant capacity of crossbred cattle to a certain extent.
